摘要
中医药在儿童健康服务中起着不可替代的重要作用,培养高素质的中医药服务型人才,是发挥中医药独特优势的重要途径之一.本研究以湖南省中医药改革示范区建设为契机,利用湖南中医药大学平台优势,以儿童健康服务为核心,通过"物""术""法""道"4个层次构建儿童中医健康服务人才培养模式,为儿童中医健康服务的人才培养提供可借鉴的模板与经验.
Abstract
TCM plays an irreplaceable and important role in children's health services.Cultivating high-quality service-oriented talents in TCM is one of the important ways to leverage its unique advantages.This study took the construction of the Hunan Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Reform Demonstration Zone as an opportunity,utilized the advantages of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine platform,took children's health services as the core,and constructed a talent cultivation model for children's TCM health services through four levels of"material","technique","law",and"way",providing a reference template and experience for the talent cultivation of children's TCM health services.
