Usage of TCM Decoction Pieces in Hohhot Mongolian Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2020 to 2022
Objective To analyze the usage of TCM decoction pieces in Hohhot Mongolian Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2020 to 2022;To provide references for the procurement plan and clinical rationality of TCM decoction pieces.Methods By using Excel 2019,the sales quantity,sales revenue,procurement volume and clinical department usage of TCM decoction pieces at Hohhot Mongolian Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2020 to 2022 were organized and analyzed.Results The annual average number of varieties used in TCM decoction pieces was 459.The top 5 TCM decoction pieces were the medicine of tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,relieving exterior and damp-clearing.Among them,tonifying deficiency ranked first in annual sales revenue;the purchase volume of various TCM decoction pieces was directly proportional to the sales volume;the clinical dosage of TCM comprehensive treatment area was relatively high.Conclusion The use of TCM decoction pieces is reasonable and the procurement plan is reasonable,without any inventory backlog problem.
