Analysis on Effective Ways for Conducting TCM Services in TCM Pharmacies of Hospitals
TCM pharmacies are important window departments in major hospitals,and TCM practitioners play an important role in the quality management of TCM pharmacies.Highly professional TCM practitioners can provide higher quality TCM services.This article analyzed the current situation of TCM services in TCM pharmacies,pointed out the problems that exist in the development of TCM services by pharmacists in TCM pharmacies,and proposed effective measures to improve the quality of TCM services from aspects such as strengthening the environmental construction of TCM pharmacies,providing humanized services for patients,and clarifying the responsibilities of pharmacists,with the purpose to provide some reference significance for the development of TCM services of pharmacists in TCM pharmacies of hospitals.
