Research Progress in TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of EGFR-TKI Related Rash in Lung Cancer
EGFR-TKI-related rash belongs to the category of"drug rash"or"drug toxicity"in TCM.Syndrome differentiation is mostly carried out from the perspectives of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,stagnation of fire,and deficiency of central yang.The treatment emphasizes the elimination of wind and heat,the promotion of dispersion and penetration,the elimination of dampness and detoxification,as well as the nourishing of yin and blood,and the care of lung and spleen.TCM has a good curative effect on treating this disease,which can improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival period.Therefore,the authors searched the relevant literature in the past five years,analyzed and summarized the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment principles,and treatment of EGFR-TKI-related rash in lung cancer,in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EGFR-TKI-related rash.
