摘要
研究发现,吴茱萸具有止呕、止痛、抗炎、降压、抗胃溃疡、抗肿瘤等药理作用及潜在的心脏毒性和肝肾毒性,其相关药理毒理机制尚未完全阐明.本文围绕近10年国内外相关研究,综述吴茱萸药理毒理作用研究进展,为其临床应用提供依据.
Abstract
Studies have found that Euodiae Fructus has pharmacological effects such as antinausea,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antihypertensive,anti-gastric ulcer,anti-tumor,and potential cardiotoxicity and hepatorenal toxicity,and its related pharmacological and toxicological mechanisms have not been fully clarified.This article reviewed the research progress in pharmacological and toxicological effects of Euodiae Fructus in recent 10 years,and provided the basis for its clinical application.
