摘要
目的 对古今医案中呕吐症状描述进行规范,为呕吐症状术语规范化提供参考.方法 检索古今医案云平台2.3.5、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据),收集古今医家治疗呕吐的医案,对医案内容进行标注,收集古今医家对呕吐症状描述的原始资料,采用复合症状拆分、有效症状提取、逻辑关系保留3种方式进行预处理,运用症状分类将处理后的资料分为呕吐物质、呕吐发作时间、呕吐发作程度3类,采用首选术语制定、逻辑类化、量化分级3种方法对呕吐症状进行规范化.结果 得到呕吐症状术语37条,其中呕吐物性质类术语25条、呕吐发作时间类术语10条、呕吐发作程度类术语2条.结论 本研究初步形成了中医呕吐症状规范化术语,解决了呕吐症状内容繁杂、归类不明确等问题.
Abstract
Objective To standardize the descriptions of vomiting symptoms in ancient and modern medical records;To provide a reference for the standardization of vomiting symptoms.Methods The cloud platform of ancient and contemporary medical records(V2.3.5),CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang data were retrieved to collect the medical records of ancient and modern doctors treating vomiting.The contents of the medical records were marked,and the original materials of the descriptions of vomiting symptoms were collected by ancient and contemporary doctors.Three primary data pre-processing methods were adopted,namely,compound symptom resolution,effective symptom extraction and logical relationship retention.The processed data were classified into vomiting substances,vomiting onset time and vomiting onset degree by symptom classification.The vomiting symptoms were normalized by three methods,namely,preferred terminology formulation,logical generalization and quantitative classification.Results 37 vomiting symptoms were obtained,including 25 terms of the nature of vomiting,10 terms of the time of the vomiting attack,and 2 terms of the degree of the vomiting attack.Conclusion In this study,the standardized terminology of vomiting symptoms in TCM is initially formed,which can solve the problems of complicated contents and unclear classification of vomiting symptoms.
