Analysis on Mechanism of Yupingfeng Power in the Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking Techniques
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Yupingfeng Power in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(AR)based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.Methods The active components and targets of Yupingfeng Power were screened and collected with the help of TCSMP.The relevant targets of AR were searched from the databases of GeneCards,OMIM and DrugBank.The Venny 2.1 online plotting tool plat-form was used to draw Venn diagrams,potential targets of Yupingfeng Powder for treating AR were identified,and were uploaded to the STRING database to construct a protein-protein interaction(PPI)network.The enrichment analysis of GO and KEGG pathways was carried out by Metascape;the network diagram of"drug-effective components-core target"was established by Cytoscape 3.10.1.Molecular docking was performed using AutoDuck Vina 1.1.2 software and molecular docking pattern diagrams were drawn using PyMOL 2.5 software.Results A total of 83 potential targets of Yupingfeng Powder were obtained for the treatment of pediatric AR,and the main active components were quercetin,kaempferol,baicalein,and β-sitosterol,and the key targets were AKT1,JUN,TNF,IL6,and MAPK8.There were many ways of action in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,mainly through the Toll-like receptor signaling pathway,IL17 signaling pathway and AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,which inhibited inflammatory response,reduces mucosal in-flammatory cell infiltration,and regulated immunity.Molecular docking showed that the key targets and core compo-nents of the screening had good binding ability.Conclusion Yupingfeng Power may exert inhibitory effects on inflamma-tory reactions and reduce mucosal inflammatory cell infiltration through active ingredients such as quercetin and kaempferol.
