Discussion on Acupoint Selection Law of Auricular Point Therapy for Chemotherapy-correlated Nausea and Vomiting Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the acupoint selection law of auricular point therapy for chemotherapy-correlated nausea and vomiting(CINV).Methods The literature related to the treatment of CINV by auricular point therapy was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM and PubMed databases from the establishment of the databases to September 5,2023.The database was established by Excel 2019 and frequency of auricular point was counted.Association rule analysis was preformed using SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,hierarchical clustering analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 25.0 software,and the co-occurrence network of auricular point was displayed using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software.Results Totally 201 articles were included,involving 4 kinds of auricular point treatment methods and 27 auricular points.The common auricular points were Wei(CO4),Shenmen(TF4),Jiaogan(AH6a),Pi(CO13),Pixiazhi(AT4)etc;association rule analysis showed that the acupoint group with Shenmen(TF4),Wei(CO4),Jiaogan(AH6a)and Pi(CO13)were the core;6 effective clusters were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion Auricular acupoint selection in the treatment of CINV is mainly based on local acupoint selection combined with Western medicine nerve and endocrine function regulation,combined with the strengthening effect of dredging liver and gallbladder,esophagus,dredging fu organs and reducing turbidity.
