摘要
目的 利用数据挖掘分析和总结温病派代表医师治疗胃痛用药规律.方法 通过查阅经典古籍,收集温病派代表医师治疗胃痛的医案和方剂,并构建方剂数据库,采用古今医案云平台2.4.3进行药物频次分析、关联分析、聚类分析.结果 最终纳入方剂152首,中药227味,使用频次前5位药物为茯苓、半夏、桂枝、川楝子、陈皮,频次≥20的药物以利水渗湿药、化痰药为主;药性以温、平为主;药味以辛、苦、甘为主;归经以脾经、肺经、胃经为主.药物关联分析中排名前3位药对为半夏→茯苓、茯苓→半夏、茯苓→桂枝.结论 温病派医师治疗胃痛以清热化湿、理气和胃为主要治法,多用茯苓、半夏、桂枝、川楝子、陈皮,达到祛湿泄热功效.
Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the medication law of representative physicians of the school of warm pathogen diseases in treating stomach pain using data mining.Methods The medical records and prescriptions of the warm pathogen diseases for treating stomach pain were collected by referring to classic ancient books,and a database of prescriptions was constructed.Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.4.3 was used for drug frequency analysis,correlation analysis,and clustering analysis.Results Totally 152 prescriptions and 227 kinds of Chinese materia medica were ultimately included,and the top five kinds of Chinese materia medica with the highest frequency were Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Toosendan Fructus,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The Chinese materia medica with a frequency exceeding 20 were mainly clearing dampness and promoting dieresis,and reducing phlegm;the properties were mainly warm and neutral;the tastes were mainly pungent,bitter,and sweet;the meridian tropism of medicinal materials mainly attributed to the spleen,lung,and stomach meridians.The top three drug pairs in drug association analysis were Pinelliae Rhizoma→Poria,Poria→Pinelliae Rhizoma,and Poria→Cinnamomi Ramulus.Conclusion The physicians of the school of warm pathogen diseases,adopt clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi,and regulating the stomach as the main methods for the treatment of stomach pain,mainly using Poria,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Toosendan Fructus,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium to clear dampness and relieve heat for treating stomach pain.
