Analysis on the Medication Law in the Treatment of Pediatric Epilepsy in You You Xin Shu Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the ideas and medication law in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy in You You Xin Shu;To provide ideas for the TCM treatment of pediatric epilepsy and the research and development of new drugs.Methods Using the prescriptions for treating pediatric epilepsy in the You You Xin Shu as the research object,a prescription database was established using WPS 14.10.1 software.SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used for drug frequency statistics and systematic clustering analysis.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used software for association rule analysis,constructing a co-occurrence complex core network of Chinese materia medica,and screening closely connected clusters of Chinese materia medica.Results High frequency drugs were Bovis Calculus,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,and Moschus.The main types of drugs were liver-soothing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and sedative drugs.Cold drugs were used most frequently(78 times,41.94%),followed by warm and neutral drugs.In the drug analysis,bitter drugs were the most common(78 times,41.94%),followed by pungent and sweet drugs.According to the analysis of meridians,the drugs entering the liver meridian were the most common(95 times,51.08%),followed by the drugs entering the lung meridian and stomach meridian.The common drugs were Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis-Cryototympana pustulata Fabr.,Scutellariae Radix-Cimicifugae Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix-Cimicifugae Rhizoma;the common drug groups included Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis-Cimicifugae Rhizoma-Scutellariae Radix and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Serpentis Periostracum-Cryototympana pustulata Fabr.,etc.Six Chinese materia medica combinations and one single medicine Natrii Sulfas were obtained by clustering analysis.Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric epilepsy,Liu Fang adopted the therapeutic principle of eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening the healthy qi,eliminating phlegm and pathogenic factors both inside and outside,and supporting congenital defects.At the same time,he was good at using insect drugs and auricularia drugs,and paid attention to regulating the mood
