Analysis on the Medication Law of Chinese Patent Medicines with Heat-clearing Prescriptions Based on Data Mining
Objective To analyze the medication law of Chinese patent medicines with heat-clearing prescriptions included in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2020 edition)by means of data mining;To provide references for medication in clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods Chinese patent medicines with heat-clearing prescriptions in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2020 edition)were screened and sorted out.TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform 2.5 was used to analyze the data of the frequency,the four properties and five tastes,the meridian tropism of Chinese patent medicines with heat-clearing prescriptions.Association rule analysis and clustering analysis were conducted.Results Totally 172 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines were included,involving 348 kinds of Chinese materia medica.There were 32 kinds of Chinese materia medica with the frequency≥10,and the top three were Scutellariae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Borneolum Syntheticum;the main properties were cold and warm,the main tastes were bitter,pungent and sweet,and the main meridians were lung,stomach,heart and liver meridians;when the support was set to 0.10,8 pairs of core drug pairs were obtained,among which the most frequent and confident drug pair was Scutellariae Radix-Gardeniae Fructus;clustering analysis yielded 14 core drug combinations and 7 potential new prescriptions.Conclusion Core drug combination of Chinese patent medicines with heat-clearing is mainly consists of medicines with bitter and pungent tastes,cold property,and lung and heart,and the main efficacy is clearing heat and detoxifying,reducing fire and detoxifying.
