Study on Medication Law of Contemporary TCM Masters in Treating Bronchiectasis Based on TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform
Objective To analyze the prescriptions for TCM treatment of bronchiectasis in TCM literature based on the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform 2.5;To explore the medication law of TCM masters in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods Classic medical cases of TCM masters in the treatment of bronchiectasis were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and SinoMed.The prescriptions were entered into the TCM inheritance assistance platform 2.5,and the prescription database was built.The data of four properties,five tastes and meridians were derived by statistical report system.Data mining methods such as complex entropy clustering,mutual information and association rule analysis were used to derive the use frequency of Chinese materia medica,prescription law and new prescription analysis.Results Finally,182 prescriptions for treating bronchiectasis were included,involving 241 kinds of Chinese materia medica.High frequency Chinese medicine included Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Phragmitis Rhizoma,Coicis Semen,Houttuynize Herba The medicinal tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the properties were mainly cold,warm and mild,belonging to lung,stomach,spleen and liver meridians.Association rule analysis obtained 25 medicinal pairs,among which the highest degree of improvement was Phragmitis Rhizoma-Benincasae Exocarpium.Clustering analysis obtained 16 groups of TCM core combinations and 8 new prescriptions.The complex network analysis involved a total of 5 kinds of Chinese materia medica,and the highest node degree was Houttuynize Herba-Benincasae Exocarpium→Phragmitis Rhizoma.Conclusion Through the analysis on high frequency Chinese materia medica,common TCM combinations and new prescriptions.It is found that the contemporary TCM masters commonly used prescriptions for bronchiectasis is Qianjin Weijian Decoction,and the common treatment method is to eliminate phlegm and pus.
