Analysis on Medication Law of Professor Li Yirui for Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on Data Mining
Objective To analyze the medication law of Professor Li Yirui for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)based on data mining techniques;To provide ideas for the clinical treatment of ASD.Methods The data of TCM prescriptions of ASD in the outpatient service of Professor Li Yirui from June 1,2018 to June 1,2023 were collected.Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.7 was used to mine the drug frequency,property and taste,drug efficacy of these prescriptions.Correlation analysis,clustering analysis,and complex network analysis were conducted.Results A total of 160 medical cases and 160 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 89 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The top 12 Chinese medicines were listed in order of frequency from high to low were Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Polygalae Radix,Pseudostellariae Radix,Albiziae Cortex,Poria cum Radix,Curcumae Radix,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum,Magnetitum,Os Draconis,Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus,Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum.The properties were mainly neutral and warm,and the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,which mainly belong to the heart meridian and liver meridian.Multiple core TCM combinations were obtained by association analysis,such as Polygalae Radix-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Pseudostellariae Radix-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Pseudostellariae Radix-Polygalae Radix.Through complex network analysis,the core prescriptions were Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Polygalae Radix,Pseudostellariae Radix,Albiziae Cortex,Poria cum Radix,Curcumae Radix,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum,Magnetitum,Os Draconis,Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus,Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,which comes from modified Kaixin Powder combined with Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pills.Conclusion Professor Li Yirui treats ASD with the methods of activating spleen and nourishing heart and kidney,dissipating phlegm for resuscitation,eliminating food and removing accumulation,promoting qi and activating blood circulation,and suppressing yang and calming the spirit,which has the characteristics of simultaneous treatment for four viscera,reducing the excess and tonifying,taking the superficiality and root into consideration.
