Study on Acupoint Selection Law of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Rotator Cuff Injury Based on Data Mining
Objective To study the clinical acupoint selection law of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for rotator cuff injury using data mining technology.Methods The literature related to the acupuncture treatment for rotator cuff injury was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Database and VIP database from the establishment of the databases to August 1,2023.Excel 2016,SPSS Statistics 26 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to establish the database and perform descriptive analysis,clustering analysis and association rule analysis,Acupoint selection law was summarized.Results A total of 57 articles were included,including 58 prescriptions and 42 acupoints.The top 3 acupoints used were Jianyu,Jianzhen and Jianliao,and the acupoints were concentrated in the upper extremity,mainly Jiaohui acupoints and Wushu acupoints,and the combination of acupoints was mainly adopted anterior and posterior point matching method and the meridian acupoint matching method;the most commonly selected meridians were large intestine meridian and small intestine meridian;association rule analysis obtained that Jianyu,Jianzhen,Jianliao and Jianqian were the core prescriptions.Six types of prescriptions were obtained by clustering analysis:class 1 for Jianyu-Jianliao-Jianzhen-Jianqian-Tianzong-Ashi acupoints;class 2 for Quchi-Yanglingquan acupoints;class 3 for Binao-Jianjing acupoints;class 4 for Bingfeng acupoint;class 5 for Tiaokou acupoint;class 6 for Jugu acupoint.The main treatment was acupuncture or electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.Conclusion The acupoints selected for the treatment of rotator cuff injury were concentrated in the upper extremities.The commonly used acupoints were in the large intestine meridian and the small intestine meridian,and the recommended acupoints were Jianyu,Jianliao,Jianzhen,Jianqian,Tianzong and Ashi acupoints.
