摘要
目的 基于中医传承辅助平台2.5挖掘现代文献中带下病的用药规律.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)2018年1月1日-2022年12月31日治疗带下病的中医处方,利用中医传承辅助平台2.5进行用药频次、性味归经、关联规则分析、聚类分析.结果 共纳入处方127首,涉及中药198味,高频药物为黄柏、茯苓、泽泻、牡丹皮、山药等;药性以寒、温、平、凉性为主,药味苦、甘、辛味为主;归经以脾经、肝经、肾经为主.关联规则分析获得以茯苓、泽泻、牡丹皮、黄柏、山药、知母、苍术、苦参为核心的药物组合;基于无监督熵层次聚类分析得到17首新处方.结论 中医治疗带下病治法以滋阴清热、清热利湿、健脾渗湿为主,药物组成以知柏地黄丸、龙胆泻肝汤、完带汤为主.提示阴虚夹湿、湿热下注、脾虚湿蕴是带下病的主要病机.
Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM treatment for leukorrhagia in modern literature based on the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform 2.5.Methods TCM prescriptions for the treatment of leukorrhagia were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data from January 1,2018 to December 31,2022.TCM Apprenticeship Assistance Platform 2.5 was used to analyze medication frequency,properties and tastes and meridians,association rules,and clustering analysis.Results A total of 127 prescriptions were included,involving 198 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency drugs were Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Poria,Alismatis Rhizoma,Moutan Cortex,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,etc;The medicinal properties were mainly cold,warm,neutral,and cold,while the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent;the main meridians were spleen meridian,liver meridian,and kidney meridian.The association rule analysis obtained a drug combination with Poria,Alismatis Rhizoma,Moutan Cortex,Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Astrctylodis Rhizoma,and Sophorae Flavescentis Radix as the core;17 new prescriptions were obtained based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering analysis.Conclusion TCM treatment for leukorrhagia mainly focuses on nourishing yin and clearing heat,clearing heat and reducing dampness,and strengthening spleen and infiltrating dampness.The drug composition is mainly Zhibai Dihuang Pills,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,and Wandai Decoction.Yin deficiency with dampness,damp heat infusion,and spleen deficiency with dampness accumulation are the main pathogenesis of the disease.
