Analysis on the Medication Law in the Treatment of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome Based on Data Mining
Objective To discuss the medication law in TCM treatment of upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)based on data mining methods;To guide clinical medication.Methods The clinical research literature on TCM treatment of UACS was retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wangfang from the establishment of the databases to October 9,2023.A database of screened prescriptions was established.Analysis on frequency,efficacy,property and taste,and meridian was performed by Excel 2019.Association rule analysis and systematic clustering analysis of drugs were performed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0,respectively.Results Totally 186 effective prescriptions were included,involving 209 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The drugs with high frequency of use were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Magnoliae Flos,Platycodonis Radix,Xanthii Fructus,Armeniacae Semen Amarum;the main types of drugs were antipyretic drugs,antiasthmatic drugs,heat-clearing drugs and tonifying drugs;the drug properties were mainly warm,cold and neutral;the tastes were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet;the meridians were mainly the lung,stomach and spleen meridians.11 core medicinal pairs were obtained by association rules,and high frequency drugs were divided into 8 categories by clustering analysis.Conclusion The TCM treatment of UACS is mainly based on wind and phlegm,mainly to dispel wind and exterior,dissipate phlegm and open the orifices,relieve cough and asthma,dry dampness and regulate qi.Commonly used prescriptions are Cang'erzi Powder,Zhisou Powder,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,and Erchen Decoction.
