Correlation Analysis on TCM and Western Medicine Indexes in lgA Nephropathy
Objective To explore the correlation between the basic situation, grading,TCM indicators, and Western medicine indicators of IgA nephropathy(IgAN).Methods Using the total number of patients as a bridge,Access was used to query and collate the data. The information of TCM indexes,Western medicine indexes, grading situation and basic situation of patients with IgAN was collected.22 items were selected.Spearman correlation analysis was performed on all items using ChiPlot software.Canonical correlation analysis was used to investigate the overall correlation of TCM indexes,Western medicine indexes, grading and basic conditions in IgAN patients. Results A total of 92 patients were included. In Spearman correlation analysis, except for the index of low back pain, each variable had one-to-one correlation with one or several variables in basic situation, grading situation,TCM indexes and Western medicine indexes. In the canonical correlation analysis,WX,WZ,XZ and YZ were positively correlated with P<0.05 and canonical correlation coefficient>0,respectively.Conclusion There are typical correlations between basic condition and grading condition, basic condition and Western medicine indexes, grading condition and Western medicine indexes, and TCM indexes and Western medicine indexes respectively.Based on the whole, combining TCM indexes,Western indexes, grading and basic conditions can provide a certain reference for comprehensive and objective syndrome differentiation and integrated diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
