摘要
目的 系统梳理浮针疗法相关研究文献,探究其研究热点和趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)收录的1997年1月1日-2023年9月16日浮针疗法研究文献,采用NoteExpress3.0.2.6390软件去重并管理文献,利用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件进行作者、机构及关键词共现、聚类、突现、时间线分析.结果 共纳入1 161篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势.来源期刊发文较多为《中国针灸》《中国针灸杂志》;适宜疾病以腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、脑卒中等为主;发文较多作者有符仲华、周文学;发文最多机构为黑龙江中医药大学;涉及259个关键词,高频关键词有浮针疗法、腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、脑卒中、临床疗效观察及疗效评价.结论 浮针疗法相关研究逐年增多研究热点主要集中在运用浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症、肩周炎、脑卒中等疾病及临床疗效观察和评价.
Abstract
Objective To systematically review relevant research literature of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling;To analyze the research hotspots and trends.Methods The research literature about Fu's Subcutaneous Needling was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP database from January 1,1997 to September 16,2023.NoteExpress 3.0.2.6390 software was used to merge and de-weight.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used for author,institution,keyword co-occurrence analysis,keyword clustering analysis,emergence,timeline analysis.Results A total of 1 161 articles were included,and the overall number of publications was on the rise.Among them,Chinese acupuncture and Moxibustion and Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Journal were the source journals;the main treatment diseases were lumbar disc herniation,scapulohumeral periarthritis,stroke,etc.Fu Zhonghua and Zhou Wenxue were the most prolific authors.The institutions with the most publications was Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine;Keyword analysis showed that the research hotspots of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling mainly included Fu's Subcutaneous Needling,lumbar disc herniation,scapulohumeral periarthritis,stroke,clinical curative effect observation and curative effect evaluation.Conclusion Research on Fu's Subcutaneous Needling has been increasing year by year,and research hotspots mainly focus on the use of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling to treat moderate diseases such as lumbar disc herniation,shoulder periarthritis,and stroke,as well as clinical efficacy observation and evaluation.
