Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Lupus Nephritis Based on CiteSpace
Objective To deeply understand the research progress,hot issues and development trend in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of lupus nephritis(LN)through the visualization analysis on the research literature about the treatment of LN with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods Literature related to the treatment of LN by integrated Chinese and Western medicine from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed).The author,institution and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software,and the keywords were analyzed by clustering timeline and emergence.Results A total of 487 articles were included.The number of published papers reached the peak in 2003,2015 and 2021,and the number of published papers tended to be stable in the past 20 years.Among them,Tang Shuifu,Lu Ying,Zhang Shaojie,Su Xiao,Tang Weiwei,Tang Huayan were the representatives of the scholars with a higher number of publications;Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the highest number of publications;a total of 258 keywords were included to form 7 clusters of lupus nephritis,cyclophosphamide,etiology,pathogenesis and TCM syndrome type;there were 12 emergent keywords,covering TCM syndrome type research,clinical research and prescription research.Conclusion The current research focus in this field is syndrome differentiation and treatment,experience of famous doctors and clinical observation,and the future research focus may be clinical efficacy observation,molecular mechanism,signaling pathway and animal model experiment.
