摘要
目的 了解我国藏药蕨麻的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为其相关研究提供借鉴.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)1993 年 1 月 1 日-2023 年 8 月 1 日蕨麻相关研究文献,采用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件对纳入文献年发文量、作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析.结果 纳入397篇文献,2008年前蕨麻发文量急剧增加,2008年后年发文量趋于稳定,平均年发文量14篇;研究机构基本形成青海民族大学、中国人民武装警察部队后勤学院、甘肃农业大学、沈阳药科大学4大研究团队;发文作者分别以李军乔团队、李灵芝团队、蔡光明团队和胡庭俊团队为主;关键词结果显示,蕨麻主要研究内容为蕨麻多糖、缺氧、化学成分、抗氧化等;关键词时间线图显示,蕨麻研究方向表现在蕨麻多酚和根际方面的研究.结论 蕨麻研究仍处于发展阶段,基础药理研究相对薄弱,蕨麻主要研究内容为蕨麻多糖、抗缺氧和化学成分,研究热点为蕨麻多酚和根际方面的研究.
Abstract
Objective To understand the research status,hot topics and development trend of Chinese Tibetan medicine Potentilla anserina L.;To provide references for future research.Methods Research literature about Potentilla anserina L.was retrieved from CNKI from January 1,1993 to August 1,2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visually analyze the number of published articles,authors,publishing institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 397 articles were included.Before 2008,the number of articles published increased sharply,and after 2008,the number of articles published tended to be stable,with an average annual number of 14 articles.Research institutions have basically formed with four research teams:Qinghai University for Nationalities,Logistics College of Chinese People's Armed Police Force,Gansu Agricultural University,Shenyang Pharmaceutical University;the authors have basically formed four groups,namely Li Junqiao team,Li Lingzhi team,CAI Guangming team and Hu Tingjun team;keyword results showed that the main research contents were polysaccharide,hypoxia,chemical composition,antioxidant and so on.Key words time map showed that the recent research direction of Potentilla anserina L.would research on polyphenols and rhizosphere.Conclusion The research of Potentilla anserina L.is still in the development stage,and the basic pharmacological research is relatively weak.The main research contents of Potentilla anserina L.are polysaccharide,anti-hypoxia and chemical composition,and the research hotspots are polyphenols and rhizosphere.
