基于Web of Science的深度学习应用于药物靶标预测研究文献可视化分析

目的 通过文献计量学方法分析深度学习在药物靶标预测研究领域应用的热点及趋势。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集(WOSCC)数据库2000年1月1日-2023年10月12日深度学习应用于药物靶标预测研究领域的文献,采用COOC14。5软件绘制发文趋势折线图,分析基金资助机构及期刊研究方向,采用VOSviewer1。6。19软件绘制发文作者、国家、机构共现图谱,并进行关键词共现和突现分析。结果 共检索到1 404篇相关研究文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势。发文量较多的国家和机构分别是中国和中国科学院,发文较多的作者为Wang Lei。文献主要发表在生物化学与分子生物学及计算机科学领域的期刊,Briefings in Bioinformatics为该领域发文量最多的期刊。高频关键词有深度学习、药物靶点结合、神经网络等。结论 深度学习在药物靶标预测研究领域中展现出了广阔的应用前景,以图神经网络为代表的深度学习是当前研究重点,药物发现、药物重定位和药物再利用是研究热点和前沿。
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Deep Learning Applications in Drug Target Prediction Based on Web of Science
Objective To analyze the hotspots and trends of deep learning applications in drug target prediction research through bibliometric methods.Methods Literature about deep learning applications in drug target prediction was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database from January 1,2000,to October 12,2023.COOC 14.5 software was used to draw a publishing trend line chart,analyze funding institutions and journal research directions,and VOSviewer 1.6.19 software was used to analyze the co-occurrence chart of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1 404 relevant research articles were identified.The overall publication volume in deep learning for drug target prediction research has shown a steady annual increase.The leading contributors in terms of publication volume were China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences,with Wang Lei ranking first among authors.Publications predominantly appeared in journals focused on biochemistry,molecular biology,and computer science,with Briefings in Bioinformatics being the highest contributing journal.Commonly occurring keywords in the retrieval analysis included deep learning,drug-target interaction,and neural networks.Conclusion Deep learning has exhibited vast potential in the field of drug target prediction research.Deep learning methodologies,particularly represented by graph neural networks,are the current research focal points.Drug discovery,drug repositioning and drug reuse are the hotspots and frontiers of research.
