目的 采用Meta分析评价针刺对足底筋膜炎(PF)患者足部疼痛强度和足部功能障碍的影响。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Medline、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)，手动检索ClinicalTrials。gov收录针刺对PF疼痛强度和足部功能障碍影响的随机对照试验(RCT)，检索时限自建库至2024年3月31日。采用RevMan5。4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入19项RCTs，总样本量1 189例，Meta分析结果显示，试验组VAS评分在总体[SMD=1。32，95%CI(0。80，1。85)，P<0。05]、VAS短期[SMD=1。40，95%CI(0。63，2。17)，P<0。05]、VAS中期[SMD=1。07，95%CI(0。27，1。87)，P<0。05]、VAS长期[SMD=1。41，95%CI(0。74，2。09)，P<0。05]、足部功能指数(FFI)总体[SMD=0。53，95%CI(0。06，1。01)，P<0。05]、FFI中期[SMD=0。61，95%CI(0。14，1。09)，P<0。05]、FFI长期[SMD=1。75，95%CI(1。28，2。22)，P<0。05]、足底筋膜厚度[SMD=1。41，95%CI(0。51，2。31)，P<0。05]改善均优于对照组。结论 针刺可改善PF患者的疼痛强度、足部功能和足底筋膜厚度。但纳入研究的异质性较高，仍需高质量RCTs验证针刺治疗PF的有效性。
Effects of Acupuncture on Pain Intensity and Foot Dysfunction in Plantar Fasciitis:A Meta-Analysis
Objective To evaluate the effects of acupuncture on pain intensity and foot dysfunction in patients with plantar fasciitis using a Meta-analysis.Methods Randomly controlled trials(RCTs)about effects of acupuncture on pain intensity and foot dysfunction in patients with plantar fasciitis were retrieved from PubMed,Medline,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Data,and manual search of Clinicaltrials.gov was also conducted.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to March 31,2024.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 19 RCTs with 1 189 patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that VAS scores in the overall test group were[SMD=1.32,95%CI(0.80,1.85),P<0.05],VAS short-term[SMD=1.40,95%CI(0.63,2.17),P<0.05],VAS mid-term[SMD=1.07,95%CI(0.27,1.87),P<0.05],long-term VAS[SMD=1.41,95%CI(0.74,2.09),P<0.05],foot function index(FFI)overall[SMD=0.53,95%CI(0.06,1.01),P<0.05],mid-FFI[SMD=0.61,95%CI(0.14,1.09),P<0.05],long-term FFI[SMD=1.75,95%CI(1.28,2.22),P<0.05],and plantar fascia thickness[SMD=1.41,95%CI(0.51,2.31),P<0.05]improved better than the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve pain intensity,foot function,and plantar fascia thickness in patients with plantar fasciitis.However,the heterogeneity of the included studies is high,and high-quality RCTs are still needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of acupuncture in plantar fasciitis.
