Experience of Lao Jinxiong in Treating Upper Heat and Lower Cold Syndrome of Perimenopausal Syndrome with Warm Needle Back Shu Acupoints Combined with Bloodletting Therapy
Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease that often presents with both psychological and physical symptoms.Lao Jinxiong proposes that the intrinsic pathological characteristics of the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold in perimenopausal syndrome are original qi deficiency,Zang and Fu dysfunction,and the core pathogenesis is original qi deficiency and liver-kidney irritation.The combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and bloodletting therapy at the Back Shu acupoints could be used to reinforce original qi and ignite fire to origin,providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of the disease.
