This article summarized Professor Lin Jiwen's clinical experience in treating children with anorexia in Lingnan area.According to clinical experience,Professor Lin Jiwen puts forward the"qi source theory of children's diseases",that is,children's diseases are closely related to the function of qi,in which the spleen and stomach are the basis of generation and transformation of acquired qi and blood,and spleen distress and loss of transportation are the core pathogenesis of children's anorexia in Lingnan area.Therefore,the treatment of this disease should focus on healthy transportation,and take the methods of eliminating food stagnation,eliminating phlegm and removing dampness,strengthening spleen and appetizing,invigorating stomach and nourishing yin,softening liver and strengthening spleen,etc.Chuangyunpi Xiaozhi Prescription,Zhaomai Pingwei Powder,etc.are created.Professor Lin Jiwen's treatment of anorexia in Lingnan children,combining syndrome differentiation with regional characteristics of Lingnan,makes good use of Lingnan authentic medicinal materials and flower drugs,and takes care of children's spleen and stomach.
