摘要
随着海洋活动的增加,海洋生物伤日益成为海洋作业人员、滨海旅游游客、海军官兵健康的重要威胁.水母蜇伤、海蛇咬伤、河豚刺伤、海洋微生物感染为常见海洋生物伤.传统中医药兼顾内服与外治法,具有安全性高、临床疗效确切等优势,在我国常见海洋生物伤的治疗中发挥重要作用.笔者对常见海洋生物伤的中医病因病机认识、治疗方法进行系统综述,以期为临床及科研工作提供参考.
Abstract
With the increase of marine activities,marine biological injuries have increasingly become an important threat to the health of marine operators,coastal tourists,and naval officers and soldiers.Jellyfish stings,sea snake bites,puffer wounds,and marine microbial infections are common marine injuries.TCM,with both internal and external treatment,has the advantages of high safety and definite clinical efficacy,and plays an important role in the treatment of common marine biological injuries in China.The authors made a systematic review of the TCM etiology and pathogenesis understanding and treatment methods of common marine biological injuries,in order to provide references for relevant clinical and scientific research workers.
