Study on Construction of Knowledge Mapping of Correspondence of Heaven and Man Based on Neo4j and Django
Objective To construct the knowledge mapping of correspondence of heaven and man through Neo4j graph database and Django framework;To explore the application of correspondence of heaven and man in TCM clinical practice.Methods Taking He Luo Jing Yun,Huai Nan Zi,Wu Xing Da Yi,Su Wen,Ling Shu,Shuo Wen Jie Zi and Zhou Yi as the data sources,the structured data was extracted by manual annotation combined with expert screening.The knowledge mapping was based on Neo4j graph database,and the Web system was built based on Django framework.Results A total of 18 entities such as Tian-Gan,Di-Zhi and Ba-Gua were extracted,involving 151 nodes,and 12 relationships such as yin-yang,five zang-organs,and five elements,involving 206 relationships.The knowledge mapping of correspondence of heaven and man was constructed.Knowledge visualization and knowledge query functions of heaven-man correspondence theory were realized.Conclusion The theory of correspondence of heaven and man occupies a key position in TCM theories.The knowledge mapping of correspondence of heaven and man is constructed to solve the problem of knowledge island in the TCM field,which can provide new ideas for researchers to solve the clinical problems of TCM from the perspective of correspondence of heaven and man.
