目的 借助文献计量学方法可视化分析茯苓研究现状和热点，为科研及临床提供参考。方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Web of Science核心集、PubMed 2004年1月1日-2023年9月30日收录的茯苓研究文献。采用NoteExpress3。6。0。9155 软件去重，采用 Exce12016、CiteSpace6。2。R4和VOSviewer1。6。18。0软件分析年发文量、机构、来源期刊、作者及关键词，并进行可视化展示。结果 纳入3 861篇中文文献和477篇英文文献，年发文量总体呈上升趋势。中、英文文献发文较多的机构分别为江苏康缘药业股份有限公司和Chinese Academy of Sciences，发文较多的作者分别为王振中和Chen Lin，发文较多的期刊分别为《中草药》和 Journal of Ethnopharmacology。高频关键词包括子宫肌瘤、临床疗效、polysaccharide 和 antioxidant activity等;得到20个聚类与36个突现关键词。结论 该领域研究热点集中在茯苓的药理成分及作用机制、临床应用研究和数据挖掘等方面。
Visualization Analysis on Research Hotspots of Poria from 2004 to 2023
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of Poria by means of bibliometrics and visualization methods;To provide reference for scientific research and clinical practice.Methods The research literature about Poria included in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,Web of Science core collection and PubMed database was retrieved from 2004 to 2023.NoteExpress3.6.0.9155 software was used to de-duplicate,and Excel2016,CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer 1.6.18.0 software were used to analyze the annual number of publications,institutions,journals,authors and keywords,and visual display was demonstrated.Results Totally 3 861 Chinese papers and 477 English papers were included after screening,and the annual number of papers gradually increased.The institutions that published the most Chinese and English papers were Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.and Chinese Academy of Sciences;the authors that publish the most Chinese and English papers were Wang Zhenzhong and Chen Lin;the journals that published the most Chinese and English papers were Zhong Cao Yao and Journal of Ethnopharmacology.Keyword analysis showed higher frequency of uterine fibroids,clinical efficacy,polysaccharide and antioxidant activity.20 clusters and 36 emergent keywords were generated.Conclusion The research focus in this field is on the pharmacological components and mechanism,clinical application and data mining of Poria.
