Research Progress of Comprehensive Utilization for Food Waste Resource
The source and the conventional treatment technologies of food waste resource are summarized. The comprehensive utilization of food waste in production of animal feed, compost, bio-diesel, anaerobic fermentation and biogas were reviewed. Moreover, the method of resource utilization and harmless treatment of food waste are elaborated in this paper.
