氯化液的海绵铜回收试验研究

本文采用石灰乳沉淀-铁粉置换法从氯化液中回收海绵铜,获得较好的效果。试验结果表明,Ca(OH)2 乳液浓度为 20%,沉淀反应pH=0,沉淀时间为 3 h,置换时间为 3 h,终点pH=0。42 时,小型试验获得的产品海绵铜纯度为 91。8%,二次滤液Cu浓度为 4。13 mg/L;中间试验获得的产品海绵铜纯度为88。2%,二次滤液Cu浓度为 15。1 mg/L。结果显示,产品海绵铜纯度均超过 88%,Cu基本全部被置换,中间试验指标略低于小型试验指标。该工艺切实可行,达到预期。
Experimental Study on Sponge Copper Recovery from Chlorination Solution
This paper uses the lime milk precipitation-iron powder replacement method to recover sponge copper from chlorinated solution,achieving good results.The test results show that when the concentration of Ca(OH)2 lotion is 20%,the precipitation reaction pH=0,the precipitation time is 3 h,the replacement time is 3 h,and the end point pH=0.42,the purity of sponge copper obtained in the small-scale test is 91.8%,and the concentration of secondary filtrate Cu is 4.13 mg/L;the purity of sponge copper obtained from the intermediate test is 88.2%,and the concentration of Cu in the secondary filtrate is 15.1 mg/L.The results show that the purity of sponge copper in the product exceeds 88%,and almost all Cu is replaced,and the intermediate test indicators are slightly lower than the small-scale test indicators.This process is feasible and meets expectations.
