摘要

聚甲醛作为工程塑料的"五虎将"之一,被誉为"超钢"或者"赛钢",广泛应用于汽车工业、电子和电气工业、家电和家具用品工业、工程零件和工业设备工业等方面.本文分析波兰ZAT、香港富艺(中国)等企业的聚甲醛生产工艺,对比分析聚甲醛生产工艺的差别,探讨聚甲醛生产工艺的优缺点,以更好地推进工艺革新,提高我国聚甲醛生产能力.

Abstract

As one of the"five tigers"of engineering plastics,polyformaldehyde is known as"super steel"or"race steel",which is widely used in the automotive industry,electronics and electrical industry,household appliances and furniture industry,engineering parts and industrial equipment industry,and other fields.This paper analyzes the production processes of polyformaldehyde by companies such as ZAT in Poland and Fuyi in Hong Kong(China),compares and analyzes the differences in polyformaldehyde production processes,explores the advantages and disadvantages of polyformaldehyde production processes,in order to better promote process innovation and improve China's polyformaldehyde production capacity.
