摘要

本文以刚果(金)某密闭还原熔炼鼓风炉为例,结合鼓风炉炉缸特点和多次大修时检查的炉缸耐火材料侵蚀特征,分析其耐火材料侵蚀的主要影响因素,并结合生产实践,阐述延长鼓风炉炉缸使用寿命的措施.研究发现,耐火材料侵蚀主要受炉渣化学侵蚀、铜锍渗透以及熔体冲刷等因素影响.相应措施实行后,鼓风炉炉缸的使用寿命可至少延长 5 个月.

Abstract

Taking a closed reduction smelting blast furnace in Congo(Kinshasa)as an example,combined with the characteristics of the blast furnace hearth and the erosion characteristics of refractory materials inspected during multiple major repairs,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of refractory material erosion,and combines production practice to explain measures to extend the service life of the blast furnace hearth.Research has found that the erosion of refractory materials is mainly affected by factors such as slag chemical erosion,copper matte infiltration,and melt erosion.After the corresponding measures are implemented,the service life of the blast furnace hearth can be extended by at least 5 months.
