Application of Low-Temperature Heat Pump Drying Technology in Sludge Reduction in the Automotive Industry
China's automobile production and sales have consistently ranked first in the world for 14 consecutive years,the sludge generated during the production and manufacturing process accounts for 50%of the hazardous waste generated by a single vehicle,and realizing sludge reduction is the core link to achieving emission reduction in the automotive industry.Based on the principle of low-temperature heat pump drying,this paper designs a low-temperature heat pump drying scheme and demonstrates the feasibility of applying low-temperature heat pump drying technology in sludge reduction in the automotive industry.The low-temperature heat pump drying technology is easy to operate and has low maintenance costs,and has been widely recognized by enterprises,in the future,it can be further expanded and applied to fields such as paint residue drying.
