Harmless Treatment and Resource Utilization of Kitchen Waste in Linyi City
Against the backdrop of social progress,technological development,and the improvement of people's living standards,the standardized treatment of kitchen waste has gradually attracted widespread attention.The collection and transportation scope of the harmless treatment and resource utilization project of kitchen waste in Linyi City has covered six districts and five counties.Based on the characteristics of regional kitchen waste,Linyi City has established a comprehensive treatment system for kitchen waste with anaerobic fermentation technology as the core,which has good environmental and economic benefits.The designed processing capacity of the system for kitchen waste is 300 t/d,and the designed processing capacity for gutter oil is 20 t/d.From 2018 to 2023,the total revenue reaches 186 million yuan,of which oil and fat sales accounts for 38.85%of the total revenue.Based on the characteristics and operation of the system,this paper proposes policy recommendations to address the problems in management and technology,in order to achieve green and sustainable development and provide support for the construction of a"zero-waste city"in Linyi City.
