With the development of the economy and the improvement of quality of life,the generation of kitchen waste has sharply increased.The world is closely monitoring the safe disposal and resource utilization of kitchen waste.China produces a large amount of kitchen waste,and the kitchen waste treatment industry started relatively late,its processing capacity needs to be strengthened.Therefore,this paper comprehensively classifies domestic and foreign methods for treating kitchen waste,explores the strengths and weaknesses of various treatment technologies,and demonstrates a resource utilization equipment for kitchen waste,aiming to open up new directions for the resource utilization of kitchen waste.
