Research Progress on Treatment of Antibiotic Wastewater with Agricultural and Forestry Waste
With the widespread use of antibiotics in the medical industry and agriculture, some antibiotics are discharged into rivers, lakes, and seas in the form of prototype drugs, resulting in an increase in antibiotic content in the water.Adsorption method is a commonly used method for treating antibiotic wastewater, which is easy to operate, has a high antibiotic removal rate, cheap raw material prices, and does not produce high toxicity and difficult to treat by-products.Agricultural and forestry waste can be used as raw materials for the preparation of biochar and applied in wastewater treatment.Based on the treatment methods of antibiotic wastewater and the modification methods of agricultural and forestry waste, this paper analyzes the advantages of treating antibiotic wastewater with agricultural and forestry waste, and uses agricultural and forestry waste to prepare biochar, effectively treating antibiotic wastewater and improving water environment.
