Kitchen waste has complex components,high organic content,and is prone to decay and deterioration.At present,the main technologies for treating kitchen waste include incineration,sanitary landfill,biological transformation,aerobic composting,and anaerobic digestion.In recent years,some cities in China have actively implemented kitchen waste treatment projects,and relevant policies and regulations have been increasingly improved.Taking Liuzhou City as an example,combined with the composition of kitchen waste,this paper analyzes its treatment process and transportation management,points out the main problems in kitchen waste treatment,and then puts forward countermeasure suggestions,in order to provide reference for the treatment of kitchen waste in other cities.
