Numerical Simulation of the Impact of Ecological Dredging on the Water Quality of Gehu Lake
Taking the dredging of Gehu Lake as an example, this study uses MIKE21 software to simulate and predict the water quality changes in different areas of Gehu Lake after dredging. The results show that nitrogen and phosphorus are significantly reduced in the water near the water intake in the concentrated area of dredging, with a maximum reduction rate of 8.15%during the flood season;the maximum reduction rate during the wet season in the partially dredged northern region can reach 7.42%,while the nitrogen and phosphorus in the water in the southern region without dredging have hardly been reduced.
