Analysis of Zero Discharge Process Route for Desulfurization Wastewater in Coal-Fired Power Plants
Desulfurization wastewater poses great environmental pollution risks, and zero discharge is an objective requirement for coal-fired power plants to achieve green development.Based on the wastewater characteristics of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process, this paper analyzes the process route for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in coal-fired power plants,in order to achieve wastewater reduction and zero discharge.Research has shown that the combination process of"drug softening+tubular membrane+disc tube reverse osmosis(DTRO)+multi effect evaporation"is an economically feasible process route, providing an environmentally friendly and efficient solution for zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants.
