Research on Pilot Emission Trading System to Improve Regional Green All Factor Energy Efficiency
This study uses panel data from 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China as samples, and comprehensively evaluates the total factor green energy efficiency of each administrative region based on the SBM model and the Malmquist-Luenberger index. It is found that compared with the central and western regions, the energy structure in the eastern region of China is more reasonable, and the total factor green energy efficiency is significantly higher. On this basis, the double difference method is used to test whether the implementation of emission trading pilot policies will affect the efficiency of all factor green energy. The verification results show that implementing the emission trading system can significantly improve the overall green energy efficiency of the region, and the specific implementation path is mainly through green technology innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that in high pollution pilot areas, the emission trading system has a more significant promoting effect on the improvement of total factor green energy efficiency and green technology innovation.
