双碳目标下高速公路施工的碳管理研究

在碳达峰、碳中和(简称双碳)背景下,交通基础设施节能减排迫在眉睫.江阴靖江长江隧道(江阴第二过江通道)是高速公路建设工程的一部分,施工期间需要做好碳管理.本文将高速公路作为研究对象,建立施工过程碳管理目标制定方法,通过碳管理目标与碳排放定时核算结果对比分析进行动态碳管理.其间进行碳管理目标核算,分析碳管理关注重点,形成自底层到顶层的分层碳管理模式,为工程施工碳管理提供参考方法.
Research on Carbon Management of Expressway Construction under the Dual Carbon Target
In the context of carbon peak and carbon neutrality(referred to as dual carbon),energy conservation and emission reduction of transportation infrastructure are urgent.The Jiangyin Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel(Jiangyin Second Cross River Passage)is a part of the highway construction project,and carbon management needs to be done well during the construction period.This paper takes highways as the research object,establishes a method for setting carbon management goals during the construction process,and conducts dynamic carbon management through comparative analysis of carbon management goals and carbon emission timing accounting results.During this period,carbon management goals will be calculated,and the focus of carbon management will be analyzed to form a hierarchical carbon management model from the bottom to the top,providing reference methods for carbon management in engineering construction.
