摘要

隧道工程施工期会产生多种废水,若直接排放,将对周边生态环境造成严重危害.本文以某隧道工程为例,结合设计规模及水质要求,分析废水处理工艺流程、主要构筑物设计和各处理单元处理效果.结果表明,采用"隔油沉淀池+一体化气浮过滤+固定化微生物-曝气生物滤池(G-BAF池)"处理工艺,出水水质符合《水污染物综合排放标准》(DB 11/307-2013)的B级排放标准.处理后的废水进行再生利用,部分可回用于隧道施工.

Abstract

During the construction period of tunnel engineering,various types of wastewater will be generated,if discharged directly,it will cause serious harm to the surrounding ecological environment.Taking a certain tunnel project as an example,combined with the design scale and water quality requirements,this paper analyzes the wastewater treatment process,main structure design,and treatment effects of each treatment unit.The results show that using the treatment process of oil separation sedimentation tank+integrated air flotation filtration+Gaia-biological aerated filter(G-BAF tank),the effluent quality meets the B-level discharge standard of the"Comprehensive Water Pollutant Discharge Standard"(DB 11/307-2013).The treated wastewater can be recycled and partially reused for tunnel construction.
