摘要

城镇污水处理厂耗电环节多,能耗大.以某城镇污水处理厂为例,本文对耗电单元进行电耗分析,然后提出节能措施.该污水处理厂的污水处理工艺流程为市政污水→预处理→调节池→厌氧-缺氧-好氧(A2O)反应池→二沉池→絮凝反应沉淀→滤池→消毒池→出水.结果表明,该污水处理厂的主要耗电设备为鼓风机和水泵.因此,要以鼓风机、提升泵和回流泵为重点,采取相应节能措施,从而达到良好的节能效果.

Abstract

Urban sewage treatment plants consume a lot of electricity and energy.Taking a sewage treatment plant in a certain town as an example,this paper analyzes the electricity consumption of power consuming units and proposes energy-saving measures.The sewage treatment process of this sewage treatment plant is municipal sewage → pre-treatment →regulating tank → anaerobic-anoxic-oxic(A2O)reaction tank → secondary sedimentation tank → flocculation reaction sedimentation → filter tank → disinfection tank → effluent.The results indicate that the main power consuming equipment of the sewage treatment plant is the blower and water pump.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the blower,lifting pump,and reflux pump,and take corresponding energy-saving measures to achieve good energy-saving effects.
