Research on Pressure Leaching Process of Fiberglass Refractory Bricks
The experiment conducts pressurized acid leaching treatment on waste refractory bricks produced by a fiberglass factory, exploring the optimal leaching process conditions. The experimental results show that when the amount of refractory brick is 100 g,the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the amount of hydrochloric acid is 80 mL,the amount of nitric acid is 20 mL,the reaction temperature is 200℃,the pressure is 1.6 MPa,and the reaction time is 4 h,the leaching rate of platinum can reach 99.05%,and the leaching rate of rhodium can reach 98.21%,and the platinum content and rhodium content in the slag are reduced to 0.001 6%and 0.000 3%,respectively.Under the optimal leaching process conditions, using a low concentration hydrochloric acid+nitric acid mixed acid system, pressure leaching can achieve efficient leaching of platinum and rhodium, which has good application prospects.
