Study on the Remediation Effect of Different Remediation Agents on Cd Contaminated Soil
Faced with Cd contaminated soil, this paper compares and analyzes the remediation effects of three remediation agents, namely sepiolite, zeolite, and attapulgite. The experimental results show that all three restorations are effective in reducing Cd content, according to the restoration effect, the order is sepiolite>attapulgite>zeolite, with sepiolite showing the best performance, with an average reduction rate of 46.98%.Research has found that as the amount of remediation agent added increases, the remediation effect gradually improves, and the higher the initial cadmium content in the soil, the more significant the remediation effect. In addition, all remediation agents can increase soil pH and reduce the bioavailability of cadmium. This study provides a new method for the remediation of Cd contaminated soil.
