Determination of 7 Benzene Derivatives in Hotel Air by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
The experiment uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine 7 benzene derivatives in the air of expanded and renovated hotels, and uses activated carbon tubes for sampling and carbon disulfide for desorption, while optimizing mass spectrometry parameters and chromatographic columns. The results indicate that the chromatographic column can effectively separate the 7 components to be tested in benzene derivatives, achieving complete peak separation of each component.Benzene derivatives have a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient R2 is greater than 0.999,and the detection limit is 0.60~2.20 μg/L,and the recovery rate of spiking is 93.9%~98.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.8%~4.0%,indicating good accuracy and precision. The determination of quality control samples for benzene derivatives indicates that this method meets the quality control range.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can be used to detect 7 benzene derivatives in hotel air, which is accurate, reliable, and highly sensitive.
