China is a major agricultural country,and land is the most important resource in rural areas,and the key to solving land problems is to reform and innovate the existing land system and land transfer system,and build a land transfer model and support system that is up-to-date and tailored to local conditions.In this paper,the current situation of the impact of land system reform on agricultural land transfer in Manas County is investigated through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,then descriptive statistics and inductive analysis are used to analyze the land system reform and land transfer situation in Manas County,identify problems,and propose countermeasure suggestions.In the process of land transfer,Manas County has some prominent problems,including non-standard transfer procedures,lack of effective supervision,poor timeliness of land transfer information,lack of transfer transaction platforms,severe land fragmentation,and difficulties in integration.Therefore,it is necessary to standardize the land transfer process,implement effective supervision,strengthen the promotion of land transfer policies,establish a land transfer platform,optimize spatial layout,and achieve large-scale land management.
