摘要

乡镇地区生态资源要素丰富多样,探索开展乡镇级生态系统生产总值(Gross Ecosystem Product,GEP)核算,有助于实现生态产品价值.本文以歙县深渡镇为例,构建生态产品核算指标体系,核算 2021 年GEP结果.结果表明,2021 年深渡镇GEP为 73.16 亿元,水源涵养、洪水调蓄和局部气候调节 3 项价值显著,GEP总值整体呈现中部高、西南部和北部偏低的特征.在成果应用方面,乡镇级GEP核算成果在生态产品价值实现和国土空间规划中具有重要作用.

Abstract

The ecological resources in rural areas are rich and diverse,and exploring the calculation of Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)at the township level can help realize the value of ecological products.This paper takes Shendu Town in Shexian County as an example to construct an ecological product accounting indicator system and calculate the 2021 GEP results.The results show that the GEP of Shendu Town in 2021 was 7.316 billion yuan,with significant values in water source conservation,flood regulation,and local climate regulation,and the overall GEP value showed a high in the central region,a low in the southwest,and a low in the north.In terms of application of results,township level GEP accounting results play an important role in realizing the value of ecological products and national spatial planning.
