摘要

基于 2015-2021 年贵州省面板数据,本文利用熵值法和耦合协调度模型,构建新型城镇化与生态环境协调评价的指标体系,然后利用灰色关联度分析法,确定影响新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度的系统指标.结果显示,2015-2021 年,城镇化建设与生态环境发展的关系越来越紧密协调,依次经历调和协调、初级协调、高级协调、优质协调、极度协调 5 个阶段;根据其与耦合协调度的关联程度,从高到低,新型城镇化子系统的指标依次为人口城镇化、空间城镇化、社会城镇化和经济城镇化,生态环境子系统的指标依次为大气环境、生态环境承载、生态环境保护和水环境.

Abstract

Based on panel data from Guizhou Province from 2015 to 2021,this paper uses entropy method and coupling coordination degree model to construct an indicator system for the coordinated evaluation of new urbanization and ecological environment,and then uses grey correlation analysis method to determine the system indicators that affect the coupling coordination of new urbanization and ecological environment.The results show that from 2015 to 2021,the relationship between urbanization construction and ecological environment development has become increasingly close and coordinated,going through five stages in sequence:harmonious coordination,primary coordination,advanced coordination,high-quality coordination,and extreme coordination;according to the degree of correlation with coupling coordination,from high to low,the indicators of the new urbanization subsystem are population urbanization,spatial urbanization,social urbanization,and economic urbanization in order,while the indicators of the ecological environment subsystem are atmospheric environment,ecological environment carrying capacity,ecological environment protection,and water environment in order.
