难处理金矿资源现已成为我国黄金行业生产的主要原料来源,为提高难处理金矿中金的回收率,氰化浸出之前一般均需要预处理.本文探讨难处理金矿提金的主要处理工艺,重点分析焙烧氧化工艺.其间结合小型试验结果,确定最佳工艺参数,并参照类似冶炼厂实际生产的成功经验,结合矿石实际情况,对原矿循环流态化富氧焙烧工段设备进行选型研究,以期获得良好的设计指标.
Design of Gold Extraction Process for Refractory Gold Ores
Refractory gold ore resources have become the main source of raw materials for China's gold industry production,in order to improve the recovery rate of gold from refractory gold ores,pre-treatment is generally required before cyanide leaching.This paper explores the main treatment processes for extracting gold from refractory gold ores,with a focus on analyzing the roasting oxidation process.During this process,based on the results of small-scale experiments,the optimal process parameters are determined,and referring to the successful experience of similar smelters in actual production,combined with the actual situation of the ore,the selection of equipment for the original ore circulating fluidized oxygen-enriched roasting section is studied,in order to obtain good design indicators.
