新安江水力发电厂取水论证和可持续利用评估

新安江水力发电厂的兴利用水主要是发电和顶潮抗咸,实际运行遵循"以水定电,灵活调度"的原则.本文首先对新安江水库坝址 1960-2021 年入库径流系列进行可靠性、一致性与代表性分析,然后开展入库径流的经验频率分析.结果表明,项目取水具有可靠性.取水的可靠性有力保障水电站防洪、发电、灌溉等效益的可持续性.
Water Intake Demonstration and Sustainable Utilization Assessment of Xin'anjiang Hydropower Station
The profit driven water use of Xin'anjiang Hydropower Station is mainly to generate electricity and withstand high tide and salinity,and the actual operation follows the principle of"electricity determined by water and flexible scheduling".This paper first analyzes the reliability,consistency,and representativeness of the inflow runoff series at the Xin'anjiang Reservoir dam site from 1960 to 2021,and then conducts empirical frequency analysis of inflow runoff.The results indicate that the water intake of the project is reliable.The reliability of water intake strongly guarantees the sustainability of flood control,power generation,irrigation and other benefits of hydropower stations.
